ROLE:
We're seeking an experienced Site Manager, Supervisor, or Leading Handto join our Medium Density team, you will be given a true opportunity for learn and grow. As a Site Manager, you'll oversee the construction of townhouses, ensuring they meet high-quality workmanship standards and comply with the National Construction Code.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct daily site inspectionsMaintain meticulous paperwork standardsCoordinate on-sitemeetingsProvide comprehensive reports on job progress, costs, and future programsCultivate strong relationships with trades and suppliersIdentify and address inefficienciesUphold stringent construction quality standardsExplore opportunities for waste reduction and error minimisationChampion and enforce safety protocolsFoster a culture of excellence and quality control among the tradebase SKILLS: A passion for the building industryDiploma in Building and Construction or equivalentProficiency in IT, including Microsoft suite and other relevant programsAbility to interpret building plans, engineering reports and specificationsA solid trade base and the ability to nurture professional relationshipsTenacity in meeting targets and managing deadlinesExceptional listening skills WHAT'S ON OFFER:
