About the Role As the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for providing the General Manager and Leadership Team with guidance in developing long-term and short-term tactics to increase the hotel's overall revenues and to maximize profit. You will use your analytical skills, excellent knowledge of the 5 star hotel market in Western Australia and strategic orientation to ensure that the hotel achieves its targets.

Some of the responsibilities include: Prepare daily, weekly, monthly room occupancy and average rate forecast through the use of business intelligence and revenue management systemsProvide tactical consultation on effective revenue generating processing through inventory usage, rate control management, pricing and distributionEnsure the inventory distribution through all channels is in line with Hyatt's distribution strategyEnsure daily pricing strategies are optimized and to review / assist in the re-design of the pricing strategies if necessaryAssist the Director of Sales and Marketing and the department to maximize revenue and yield businessQualificationsQualification: University qualifications in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, Commerce or other related qualificationsPrevious experience in or aligned to Revenue Management or Analyst roleStrong organisational and analytical skills with strategic orientation as well as good problem solvingAdministrative and interpersonal skills are essentialAdvanced written and verbal presentation skillsA career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
