You will be a registered nurse with an interest in theatre and specifically orthopaedic nursing. This is a Part-Time position Monday - Friday with some on call arrangements.

Key Responsibilities: Provide Orthopaedic speciality support to the Theatre staff and VMO's which includes problem solving, strategic thinking, consultation and escalation as appropriate.Provide education and support to staff within the complex, whilst supporting your Clinical Nurse Manager in the daily running of the Theatre complex.As a holder of a speciality you will be a valuable resource for both the Clinical Nurse Manager and staff in the orthopaedic fieldWhat you bring Relevant experience in the Perioperative field with at least 2 years experience and an interest in Orthopaedic surgery.AHPRA RegistrationDemonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital settingAbility to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activityDemonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary teamDemonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skillsA desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisationFor further information please contact Garry Stratton (Perioperative manager), 03 6335 3289, ****** Please note, there is no set closing date, therefore we recommend applying at your earliest convenience.
