We are seeking a proficient individual with expertise in Xero and preferably prior experience in the Construction industry to join our close-knit team. As the Admin/Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for a range of essential duties, including:

Managing reception duties Handling phone calls Maintaining office registers and taking uniform stock inventory Uploading supplier dockets and invoices onto Xero Handling construction invoicing for accounts payable Ensuring effective credit control for accounts receivable Requirements: Proven Accounts Experience, Efficency in Office 365, Xero Experience, What's in it for you?
