Property funds experience essential, chartered background preferred Great role covering transactions, project accounting & advisory Up to c. $210K plus outstanding bonus potential Reporting into the FD of this growing, boutique commercial property group, this fund-level FC role plays a key role in driving the tempo of the team and improving processes to enable further growth.

You'll manage a small team and drive fund-level financial reporting, project accounting, compliance, audit, treasury, tax and analysis for a portfolio of property funds, whilst acting as a business partner to the investment managers and project teams.

You will also provide technical accounting advisory support around areas such as transactions, vals, etc. As well as ongoing support for internal process improvement initiatives and finance / systems projects.

You're a CA or CPA qualified senior finance leader (FM or FC), with a proven track record in a commercial property / funds management environment, where you've honed your technical accounting & leadership capability.
