Job Description The Senior Manager, Operational Integration will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing processes to manage resource demand Defining and leading systems and consistent processes that ensure contracted support services are delivered to contracted SLA/KPI's and performance requirementsLeading, defining and implementing improvements in the way in which operational systems are managed, maintained and supportedLeading and delivering improvements to cyber security capabilityBuilding and leading ongoing stakeholder relationshipsProviding strategic input, planning and leadershipLeading high performing teams of technical and engineering experts ensuring systems are available, maintained and supported The Successful Applicant As the successful applicant you will ideally possess:
10-15 years experience within the Infrastructure sector - Water, Oil & Gas, Energy, Rail, Mining or Ports Experience in a similar Senior Manager Operational Integration position Experience managing high performing teams within an Operational environment Excellent analytical, conceptual, technical and problem solving skillsExceptional planning, organisational, written, verbal and presentation skillsService and support contract management experienceKnowledge and fluency within ITIL and Engineering Change processes What's on Offer Newly created position. Senior management opportunity. Leader within the Infrastructure sector. Hybrid working. $250,000 to $280,000 package.
