The Client

Our client is an independent, privately owned property development company, specialising in commercial properties and leading retail developments nationwide. The role would see you working across the NSW portfolio, and growing with the business throughout its development process.

The Role

Sourcing quality, unique tenants to add a point of difference and diversity to their high-performing assets Providing service from inception through to negotiations and close-offs Developing relationships with both current and prospective tenants Reviewing lease deals/renewals etc To be successful in this role, you will need: Must have 2+ years experience in Shopping Centre leasing. Ability to work autonomously at times. To be a self-starter, hungry and driven! A creative and strategic approach Strong networks across the retailers and be able to leverage off those contacts This is an incredible opportunity to join a highly regarded landlord who are proud of their achievements and value their people.
