About the role As a Product Owner, within our Oracle APEX team, you will be accountable for setting the vision and strategy for a number of applications across the business. Working with key business stakeholders, you will develop clear product roadmaps that contribute to the delivery of Bunnings' strategy. 

By leading and collaborating with both internal and external delivery partners, you will be responsible for ensuring the right initiatives are delivered at the right time in order to realise maximum value for our customers, team members, and suppliers.

This role can be based in our national support offices in either Melbourne or Perth and we embrace hybrid working for our teams.

What's involved: Work with a range of business stakeholders to understand needs and priorities and aligning this to the business direction, communicating decision outcomes whilst maintaining strong relationshipsDevelop and implement product roadmaps and strategiesWork in an agile delivery team, including supporting the scrum team, managing backlog items and optimising the value of the product/sWho we're looking for You come with significant demonstrated experience as a Product Owner across a large enterprise-wide platform. You enjoy being a trusted partner of the business, asking the right questions in order to ensure each solution within your roadmap is aligned with Bunnings Strategy and Technology principles.

You'll need: Previous working experience as a Product OwnerExperience working across Oracle APEX would be desired however not essentialStrong experience in a delivery or strategy related functionAbility to set a product vision and achieve buy-in from key stakeholdersExperience with business case development, validation, and business benefit realisationGood understanding of Agile ways of working and methodologies/frameworks Demonstrated experience in delivering change through internal development teams, partners, external agencies, etcWe're here to support you.
