Emma - Program Coordinator, Patient Programs The Opportunity We have a fantastic opportunity for a Program Coordinator to join our Patient Program team. This is a fixed-term position reporting to the Head of Patient Programs and is responsible for the day-to-day running of patient programs. This position is ideal for a problem solving and enthusiastic individual who likes to deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer relations and experience.

Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of assigned program(s).Manage registrations, program service communications and respond to queries from patients, carers and clients.Review and update program SOPs as required.Analyse program data to optimise program customer experience.Answer the Programs hotline and triage.Provide friendly, efficient and effective service when answering phone.Data entry and maintenance of Programs Database.Provide support in the processing of program enquiries.The Team Join our dynamic team where our programs team, including individuals with health and science backgrounds, is dedicated to delivering outstanding patient service. Supported by Nurses, allied health, and pharmacy services, we collaborate closely with patient support organisations and manage supply and distribution through various distribution and pharmacy partners. We excel in providing support, advice, and advocacy for patient well-being, striving to deliver optimal health outcomes.
