Agile Investor & Property Developer across multiple asset classes Launch of new Business Line Strategic and Tactical This innovative fund manager and developer is seeking an experienced marketing professional to launch a new business and drive strategic and tactical initiatives.
The role involves all aspects of marketing for the development business, from inputting into overall branding and marketing strategy, to implementing tactical initiatives to generate quality leads, originating and executing collateral, liaising with media and advertising agencies, creating and implementing social media/digital strategy, as well as market research and analysis.
Ideally the successful applicant will show prior substantive experience in project marketing of property developments to ensure value is added expeditiously.
