Job Description Establish and expand a dynamic agronomic demonstration and trial network, showcasing the value of cutting-edge production system solutions in AU/NZ.Develop and execute Local Economic & Agronomic Demonstration (LEAD) Network Trials for small grains and cotton products, fostering key partnerships with dealers.Provide specialised training to dealers on the innovative Agronomy Analyser tool, ensuring proficiency and effective utilisation.Collaborate with the PPA marketing team to craft compelling Go-To-Market messaging for agronomy products and technology.Identify and build strategic relationships with local agronomy partners, covering areas such as seed, chemical, fertiliser, and digital farming systems.Educate local agronomy partners on the tangible agronomic outcomes achieved through the implementation of innovative products.Spearhead the development of a targeted marketing strategy, including Operations Centre, tailored to the unique needs of the agronomist market.Train agronomists on the practical applications and capabilities of the Agronomy Analyser and Operations Centre.Manage relationships with local industry partners, leading collaborative efforts to advance Small Grains & Cotton solutions for enhanced productivity and sustainability.Serve as a project manager between industry partners, ensuring seamless collaboration with universities and research bodies.Represent the company at industry functions and events, acting as a key advocate for production system solutions.Act as the Production System Outcome Manager for Small Grains, Cotton & Sugar in AU/NZ, overseeing model farms and economic headroom calculations. The Successful Applicant Excellence in verbal and written communication with an emphasis on persuasive communication, tact, and negotiation.Expertise in customer relationship management.Knowledge of global agricultural production systems, particularly proficient in Small Grains Production System and agronomy practices.Familiarity with agricultural products and structures.Field agronomy experience (4-7 years), including trial development and execution.Research experience (2-3 years) managing projects in universities, industry research bodies, or commercial research applications.Ag industry field experience with regular customer contact and knowledge of dealer/distribution networks.Production System experience (4-7 years), deep knowledge of equipment used in Small Grains & Cotton Production Systems, including digital technologies.Marketing experience (1-2 years) with a focus on marketing processes.Farm Management Software systems experience.Education in Agricultural Sciences, Ag Business/Management, Engineering/Technology, or Marketing (University degree or equivalent, 4 years).
