As a ERP Technical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's technological landscape. You will be responsible for configuring and customising their ERP system, ensuring it aligns perfectly with their business needs. Your expertise will be crucial in providing technical support, integrating systems for seamless data flow, monitoring performance, implementing security measures, coordinating upgrades and migrations, developing documentation, staying abreast of industry trends, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Configure and customise the ERP system to meet the organisation's business needsProvide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot issues related to the ERP systemIntegrate the ERP system with other systems as required for seamless data flow and interoperabilityMonitor system performance and conduct regular performance tuning activitiesImplement and maintain robust security measures within the ERP systemCoordinate and execute ERP system upgrades and migrationsDevelop comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and training materialsStay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices related to ERP systemsProactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the ERP environmentWork closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide effective solutions What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior ERP Technical Specialist role will bring a wealth of experience in application development and business & systems analysis. You will have a deep understanding of ERP architectures and integrations, with proven experience using DevOps for solution delivery. Your excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally will be key to your success in this role. Experience writing various types of documentation and familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions will be highly advantageous. Above all, you will understand how an ERP supports business processes and operations.
