Our client is a leading agency based in Sydney's Western Suburbs. With over 10 commercial property managers in the team, you will join an extremely strong PM department that has loads of support. This agency is looking for a strong commercial property manager to take the reins and manage a well maintained portfolio.
TheRole:
As a commercial property manager, your day to day duties will include the below;
Liaise with Business Owners & Large Corporations on Property Matters Conduct Rent Reviews on Small to Large Assets Liaise with Solicitors on Leasing Documents & Compliance All Property Inspections Arrears Management Knowledge of the Legislation Mix of industrial, commercial and retail Portfolio size will be tailored to candidate experience The Candidate: A Minimum of 1 Years Experience in commercial property management PropertyTree experience ideal A Confident & Assertive Personality with the Ability to Build Rapport Easily A Strong Ambition to Build a Successful Career in Commercial/Industrial/Retail Management A Current Certificate of Registration or Real estate License The Benefits: Grow into a senior commercial property manager role in a few years Learn and grow your commercial, industrial and retail knowledge, working close with the directors Amazing support and training Paying up to $100,000 + super Amazing team and company growing at a rapid rate Parking provided in the building Close to public transport Please callFelix Hoffmann-Esteon0466 273 655for more information or email your CV to******
