Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Proactively support the college leadership team for people success.Provide accurate HR advice to managers, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.Assist HR Administration Assistant with processes like performance reviews and teacher placements.Actively manage and resolve staff issues, including performance management and grievances.Oversee HR lifecycle processes from recruitment to exit.Identify and execute workforce planning needs.Manage talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.Lead and mentor HR Administration Assistant to strengthen HR service delivery.For a more detailed list of responsibilities, please refer to the attached job description.
Key Capabilities and Competencies: Strong understanding of CEMEA 2022 employee and industrial relations frameworks.Proficiency in human resources management framework and contemporary HR practices.Ability to interpret and apply award entitlements, contractual terms, and related legislation accurately.Skills in grievance and issues resolution, including effective investigations management.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Capacity to build and maintain positive professional relationships.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.Applications close 9am Monday, 22nd April 2024.
