Qualifications & experience Bright bubbly personalityGood work ethicWorks well in a team environmentWorked in an office environmentComputer Skills, Word, Excel,Previous Property Management experienceCompletion of Agent's Representative CertificateTasks & responsibilities Preparation of lease documentsCondition reports and recording thereofPrepare and issue notices as and when requiredThorough record keeping in the office software program of all communication and actions taken as part of the management of the portfolioArchiving of lost propertiesEntering invoices, sending accounts, quotes to landlordsComplete documentation including Management authorities, owners instruction forms, disclosure documents tenancy agreements and rental bond documentationOrganise property repairs and maintenance, including all quotations and negotiations within the appropriate legislative timeframes.Prepare property entry and exit condition reportsProvide advice to property owners and tenants Renters on preventive and planned maintenanceManage all aspects for leasing of properties including maintenance and inspectionsControl Manage tenancies proactively and keep all stakeholders informed at all times.Collect rents; Monitor rental payments, chase late payments and notify owners of any issues. Issue notices to vacate, if and when required.Account for rents and expenses to property owners;Conduct Routine property inspections and prepare inventory and condition reports; and report to ownersLiaise with, and report to property owners and renters on all aspects of the management of the property#J-18808-Ljbffr
