We currently have an opportunity for a Fixed Term Contract (9 months) with possible extension As the Business Process Specialist, you will report to the General Manager People Services and Experience, and you will focus improving and streamlining our end-to-end HR processes leading to improved candidate/employee experience and service outcomes.

The Process Specialist will work collaboratively with key employee-centric stakeholders, HR professionals, team members and partners to achieve business process outcomes aligned to candidate and employee journey paths including establishing needs, mapping processes/workflows, identify improvements, and developing support materials that ultimately streamline, enhance responsiveness, optimise resources, and showcase best practice.

The Position Promote, lead, and engage in process improvement through challenging and redesigning existing business processes with minimal technology changes to remove inefficiencies and aligned to our candidate and employee journey (maps).You will also take the lead in conducting business process reviews and gap analysis on key HR processes, adhere to regulations and industry standards and review workflows and recommend solutionsCreate and develop a best practice process library complemented with templates and storage frameworkFacilitate process review workshops with key stakeholders, HR professionals, technology, and employees to understand needs and identify prioritised business process issues and/or inefficienciesAccurately map current state and future state business processes to ensure HR process best practices are adopted whilst also identifying areas for improvement within processes including workflows, information dependencies, redundancies (waste), bottlenecks, and decision-making pointsProduce process design documents, instructions and recommend communication materials using a range of sources, tools, and methodologies and within tight timeframesThe Person Extensive experience (7+ years) in business analysis, business process mapping and process re-engineering in a People environmentExtensive understanding of HR business process industry best practicesLean Six Sigma Certification or equivalent desirableAn ability to adopt a systematic approach to identify, analyse, and bring about improvement in the existing business processes for the purpose of simplification, efficiency, and optimizationStrong communication skills with the ability to build rapport, facilitate, influence and negotiate with key internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated business process analysis, including the identification of business processes, documentation of processes and procedures and the implementation of changeExcellent analytical skills and conceptual thinking skills with advanced Microsoft Excel, Visio and Word experiencePrevious work experience within complex, dynamic and fast paced organisations with a passion for improvement opportunitiesDemonstrated attention to detail with excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills with advanced process mapping tool capabilities and demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflowsThis role requires a self-motivated person with the ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt existing skills to new situations and would suit an ex-consultant looking for their next career step.The Benefits of working for a global organisation We believe in the opportunity to recognise and develop great talent and offer many diverse opportunities.
