The Role:
Monday - Friday, this is an opportunity for a highly motivated and professional Property Manager who loves to work hard to achieve goals: Managing a local based portfolio, you will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of 200 properties, with your own dedicated assistant Effectively liaise Landlords Conduct outgoing reports Complete repairs & maintenance management Arrears control Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals Working towards targets and KPI's The Candidate: You will have experience in Property Management A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License Strong attention to detail You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act Why you will LOVE this agency: Your own dedicated assistant!
