About the role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate SeniorAssociate specialising in mid-market M&A with a focus onPrivate Equity (7-9 years PQE) to work as part of our highperforming team that prides itself on providing commercial andstrategic advice. We work collaboratively with our clients tobuild strong, sustainable relationships. This is an opportunity towork closely with our engaged corporate partners, ensuring that youare truly involved in engaging and interesting work in a growingpractice.

About you In order to be considered, to be successful and thrive in thisrole, you will:

Currently be working as a Senior Associate in a wellrecognised corporate team in private practiceBe able to demonstrate strong drafting, legally robustsolutions whilst showing attention to detailA client-focused approach, attuned to understanding anddelivering on clients' commercial businessobjectivesBe keen to build on a strong technical background withrelevant private capital experienceAbility to support partners with team development and ableto collaborate across teams.Maddocks is simply a great place to do great work.
