Learning & Development Manager - Belfast MCS Group is delighted to be representing a prestigious organisation based in Greater Belfast, currently seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join their growing team on a permanent full-time basis. What's on offer Some of the benefits include: Salary of £35-40k 22 days annual leave plus 10 stat days Your birthday off Staff discount A fully subsidised canteen Genuine career progression Performance related bonus scheme The role Monitor and implement learning and development needs following analysis of skills gaps and business needs Ensuring the timely coordination and delivery of company inductions for all new starters Support and lead on L&D projects and strategy Ensure training is recorded appropriately on the learning management system Delivering in-house training sessions when required, including compliance refresher training Managing all practical training requirements and external course bookings Building and maintaining effective links with training providers Working with different business teams on embedding a learning culture within the organisation To ensure systems are accurate and continuous improvement measures implemented To support with succession planning Building strong, collaborative working relationships across the business and with external stakeholders Key skills required: CIPD qualification 3 + years' L&D Generalist experience Ability to influence at a senior level Strong project management skills This is an established business, presenting an extremely exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR professional.
