- Lead and grow the Oracle Practice within the organization, including identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and ramping up the team
- Provide inputs on client needs and recommend solution options based on Oracle products
- Prepare viable solution for the client with strong sense of business case
- Propose delivery approach for the technology solution considering priorities and dependencies
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that Oracle solutions are integrated with other technologies and services
- Deliver Oracle Project Implementation and Consultancy Services
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor on Oracle solutions
- Bachelor's degree, or above
- 10+ years of experience in managing and delivering multi-year Oracle projects
- Experience constructing technology deals focusing on Oracle and related modules and technologies
- Prior experience in leading system integration or implementation projects, especially with Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing an Oracle team
- Proven track record of developing and growing business in the Oracle space
- Strong market connections
- A deep understanding of the Oracle technologies and their applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members
- Fluent Cantonese and English
