Settlement Officer to Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assume a daily operational role in a rapidly expanding Futures business.
• Prepare and review team-generated documents and records.
• Develop, review, and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with the latest rules and regulations.
• Manage trade settlements and handle market data administration for both Hong Kong and global futures.
• Oversee client asset management across banks, exchanges, and brokers.
• Provide support to the sales team in delivering excellent client care to high-net-worth individuals and institutions.
• Serve as a liaison with regulatory bodies in Hong Kong and globally.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with internal and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist key management personnel in handling ad hoc projects.
• May be required to work in shifts.

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Have at least one year of experience in back-office operations within a Futures company, investment bank, or financial institution.
• Exhibit familiarity with settlement systems.
• Knowledge of finance or accounting is preferred.
• Good written and spoken proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Display self-motivation, teamwork skills, and a fast learning ability.
