Length of contract: 12 months Contract extensions: No extension offers at this stage Security clearance: Ability to obtain a Baseline clearance is required for this role. The National Disability Insurance Agency, Office of the CIO (NDIA OCIO) is undertaking major work programs to deliver innovative fit-for-need ICT-based solutions to improve the National Disability Insurance Scheme. The Senior Test Analyst, SAP plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of SAP software implementations. They are responsible for designing, executing, and documenting tests to validate SAP systems and configurations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in SAP applications and testing methodologies. Duties:
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP application.
  • Liaise with Service Australia for all upcoming SAP releases and testing requirements.
  • Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing of SAP modules.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and prioritise testing requirements.
  • Analyse and report defects and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with testing standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, design reviews, and quality assurance activities.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Essential Criteria
  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP testing or related field.
  2. Strong knowledge of SAP applications, modules, and business processes.
  3. Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies, such as Jira Xray, SAP Solution Manager, and Agile/Scrum.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Desirable Criteria
  1. SAP certification.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
