Job details

• Handle full cycle of procurement process which includes evaluation & comparing of medical instruments/devices or consumables • Oversees daily operational procurement activities for the Group's surgery centres and corporate office • Involve in negotiation on quotations and purchasing contracts to achieve cost savings and favourable purchasing terms • Keep records of requisition requested by users for submission and processing of purchase requisition upon obtaining CEO's approval • Manage and build good rapport with suppliers • Identify opportunities and implement actions to improve or reduce operating costs • Ensure compliance with procurement policy and procedures • Independently manage procurement activities as assigned • Maintain stock inventory and transfers if any • Ensure business compliance with regulations and requirements and other related governing bodies • Verify items purchased and update into the inventory system • Generate the Purchase Requisition/Order from the system • Ensure invoice amount are in accordance to quotation prior to preparing of payment to suppliers • Maintain a fluid communication with internal team members on their requests Manage and lead annual stock inventory audit with nursing team • Any other duties as and when assigned by the Management What it Takes Leasing

  • Responsible for existing and new leases facilities maintenance & management.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of all existing facilities.
  • Conduct market research on a regular basis to understand industry needs and maintain up to date market benchmark of rental, business strategies & relevancy.
  • Responsible for management and administration of leases which includes managing lease documents, maintaining tenancy schedule, constantly look out for opportunities to expand the company’s branch outlets to strategic locations for better exposure and market presence.
  • Formulate & implement strategies to achieve optimal revenue, business and market expansion.
  • Source, prospect and manage leasing pipelines to improve & develop company business.
  • Lease & terms negotiations and renewals, liaising with respective stakeholders.
  • Maintain, strengthen and establish business relationship and strong network with landlords and potential partners.
  • Ensure all relevant authorities, regulatory, lease covenants, building standards, policies and terms compliance.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts and all relevant monthly reports.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Job requirements: • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain/Logistics or any other relevant education • Resourceful, positive, motivated, takes initiative and independent • Confident in negotiating with suppliers and customers • Meticulous and has an eye for details • Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills • Proficient in Microsoft Offic
