Digital Sales & Marketing Lead

This is a commission-based quota-driven position primarily involving digital sales conversions, lead generation, and strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a robust sales background, particularly in the digital space, along with a keen understanding of international markets and the ability to conduct effective sales and marketing analysis. Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate leads through various digital channels. - Execute impactful digital sales techniques to convert prospects into clients. - Develop and implement strategic digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients. - Utilize digital platforms to engage, nurture, and convert potential clients. - Conduct comprehensive sales and marketing analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. - Focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital sales conversions. - Demonstrate a nuanced understanding of international markets and adapt sales and marketing approaches accordingly. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Located in Karachi. - Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or expertise may also apply, however, 2-3 years of experience in digital sales and marketing with a specific focus on lead conversion would be preferred. - Bachelors / Masters degree in Marketing or Business. - Ability to navigate and succeed in a commission-based environment. - Familiarity with international markets, including an understanding of cultural sensitivities. - Strong communication skills for effective client engagement. - Results-driven with the ability to adapt and optimize approaches for success. - Proven experience in both sales and marketing analysis, showcasing the ability to identify trends and opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
