What you’ll do As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our advertising campaigns on Amazon and the Off- Amazon platforms. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives, with a focus on maximizing ROI and delivering measurable results. Working closely with our team of advertising experts, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and contribute to the growth and success of GCs' businesses. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities at once. Flexibility, organization and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize in a constantly changing and highly ambiguous business environment are also key. Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and optimize Amazon and Off-Amazon paid marketing campaigns across the Gorilla Commerce portfolio of brands.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords and optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve company's objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of advertising strategies with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features on the Amazon platform to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Elevate reporting analysis skills, proficiently utilizing Excel to interpret diverse reports and strategically align information to achieve set goals.
  • Create and deliver weekly/monthly advertising reporting for leadership.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • We are seeking candidates with 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, specializing in performance marketing on the Amazon advertising platform - While Walmart experience is preferred, it is not mandatory .
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant analytics tools.
  • Google Ads or other digital marketing certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment without sacrificing accuracy and attention to detail.
