This is a remote position. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A GRAPHIC DESIGNER Your Responsibilities as a Graphic Designer would be: Bank reconciliations and intra bank transfers Conceptualize and create elegant clean minimal design based on an established brand aesthetic and style Brainstorm create and transform ideas into compelling designs that will appear in printed and online marketing channels: client eLearning modules flyers presentations posters direct mail webpages email web banners social media graphics iconography and other creative assets that preserve and elevate the client s brand Work with the creative team to brainstorm and share design perspectives ideas and understand project scope and objectives Qualifications as a Graphic Designer: A bachelor s degree in accounting or a similar discipline is strongly preferred. Minimum 3 years of proven work experience and track record in graphic design An impressive creative portfolio that clearly shows knowledge and execution of good graphic design Strong polished aesthetic meticulous sense of detail and ability to create simple solutions to complex design challenges Knowledge of layouts grids graphic fundamentals proportion perspective composition typography color theory print and the web High level of proficiency with industry standard Adobe CC applications (Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to take creative direction adapt on the fly and offer solutions that drive to succeed Experience in learning and development a plus Strong people skills with an ability to give direction and work as part of a team Able to meet tight deadlines and handle pressure Be very organized efficient and pay close attention to details while handling multiple tasks. Good communication skills with the ability to take direction and explain design thinking. Experience designing in Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate or other eLearning authoring tools is a big plus Obsess over good design and you regularly collect and share examples Notice when a design is imperfect by a few pixels and other details others do not Take ownership of your projects and take pride in a perfectly executed final product Love a good deadline and can manage your own time successfully Enjoy finding exploring and utilizing new and better ways to succeed Passionate about all aspects of web UI motion print eLearning and brand design Your love for Boomering will jumpstart with these meaningful engagement activities and perks.
