The Role The team advise across a broad range of corporate transactions and tax advisory work. They advise on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, corporate re-structuring’s, private equity investments, foreign direct investment, cross border tax planning, financial services tax including asset financing, securitisations, funds and banking, real estate tax, VAT and tax disputes. The Person
- Newly Qualified to 6 years PQE from a legal or accountancy background
- CTA qualified or in process of completing qualification
- Strong commercial and intellectual understanding of the tax technical aspects of corporate transactions and tax advisory work.
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills;
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Enthusiasm for continued learning and development
