CAG is a dynamic organisation in an evolving risk landscape. As a leading member of CAG's Enterprise Risk Management unit, you will be strengthening and driving a sustainable risk culture in CAG, and be part of our efforts to:
- Sustain and improve on CAG's risk governance and reporting, including advising and interacting with CAG Senior Management and Board Members on risk management. This includes refreshing the risk framework.
- Business partnering with CAG divisions/clusters on risk engagement activities to facilitate comprehensive risk identification, assessment and mitigation. This may be done by customising and running risk workshops for the divisions/clusters.
- Maintain and enhance oversight on risk identification, monitoring and controlling activities that include threat scanning and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) reviews.
- Drive risk awareness and risk competency improvement across CAG divisions/clusters, by developing training materials and conducting training, as well as customising and rolling out risk awareness programmes.
- Drive process productivity and excellence, leveraging on enterprise risk management IT System and other tools.
- Lead or partake in projects and initiatives which strengthen ERM's culture and management in CAG.
- Good Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of working experience with at least 2 years in managing enterprise risks and supporting multiple groups of risk owners. Exposure from professional practice and MNCs will be advantageous.
- Good knowledge in enterprise risk management governance, processes, monitoring and implementation and preferably trained in designing effective controls to mitigate risks.
- Certification in risk management / internal audit e.g. CERM, CRMP, CIA, CRMA, CCSA would be advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Highly driven, resourceful, independent, meticulous and analytical with good stakeholder management skills.
