Ensure implementation of the QatarEnergyHealth, Safety, Environment and Quality management system byproviding HSE advice and support for all QatarEnergy offshoredepartment and ensure that all significant hazards arising fromoperation, Marine and project activities are well identified andcontrolled to enable QatarEnergy management to achieve strategicHSE objectives. Proactively support offshore projects and fielddevelopment by providing HSE expertise to ensure that HSErequirement are implemented and fulfilled and a high safetystandard is maintained throughout all project'sphases.
