Key Roles & Responsibilities• Assist the Manager - Enterprise Risk Management inplanning, designing and implementing an overall risk managementprocess for the organization; • In coordination with therisk champions conduct regular risk assessment, which involvesanalyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimatingthe risks affecting the business; • Work with businessunits Risk Champions in organizing and facilitating risk managementworkshops • Continue to monitor key risk indicators andimmediately report to Manager - Enterprise Risk Management any newrisks that could have an impact on operations • Inconjunction with the Manager Enterprise Risk Management, performrisk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks withcriteria established by the organization such as costs, legalrequirements and environmental factors, and evaluating theorganization's previous handling of risks •Report regularly to Manager - Enterprise Risk Management on thecompany's risk profile processes wise, and action planstatus implementation • Liaising with Manager EnterpriseRisk Management on risk identification and assessment. •In conjunction with Manager Enterprise Risk Management, providesupport, education and training to Milaha staff to build riskawareness within the company
