Strong understanding ofconstruction principles, methods, andmaterials,Ability to manage and coordinatetechnical teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, such as projectplans, blueprints, and engineeringreports.Ensure the planning and management ofthe project construction activities, both performed bysubcontractors or in direct hiring.Ensuretime, costs, quality, safety targets are met, through directcoordination and management of aproject.Ensure adequate support to projectmanagement Team in defining, monitoring, and updating projectexecution plans.
