We are currently seekingenthusiastic and customerfocused individuals to join our team asWaiters/Waitresses. As a waiter/waitress you will play a key rolein providing exceptional dining experiences to ourguests.Responsibilities:Greetingand Seating Guests: Welcome guests as they arrive escort them totheir tables and provide them with menus. Assist in seatingarrangements to optimize table turnover and guestsatisfaction.TakingOrders: Present menus answer questions about menu items and takefood and beverage orders from guests. Ensure accuracy inordertaking and promptly relay orders to the kitchen and barstaff.ServingFood and Beverages: Deliver food and beverages to guests tables ina timely manner ensuring presentation and temperature standards aremet. Accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions asnecessary.Upsellingand Recommendations: Promote additional menu items specials orbeverages to enhance guests dining experience and increase sales.Provide recommendations and suggestive selling based on guestspreferences andinquiries.CheckBacks: Periodically check back with guests to ensure satisfactionwith their meals and address any concerns or requests promptly.Refill beverages and offer additional assistance asneeded.PaymentProcessing: Present bills to guests process payments accurately andhandle cash and credit card transactions following establishedprocedures. Thank guests for their patronage and invite them toreturn.Cleanlinessand Setup: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining areaincluding clearing tables resetting tables for new guests andensuring proper sanitation standards areupheld.Teamwork:Collaborate with fellow team members including kitchen staffhost/hostesses and management to ensure smooth operations andexceptional guest service. Assist with other tasks as needed duringbusyperiods.RequirementsF&Bexperience as a waiter preferably in a fine dining hotel orrestaurant.F&BHealthcertificate.Presentableand taking care of Personal hygiene andappearanceAbilityto work night shift 4 PM1 AMetc.Noobjection to an extension during busy times if needit.Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant,hotel, or hospitality environment. Friendly and outgoingpersonality with excellent interpersonal skills. Fluent in Arabic,French, English, or Russian, with proficiency in additionallanguages considered a plus. Strong organizational skills andability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professionalappearance and demeanor, with a neat and well-groomed appearance.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Knowledge of basic computer applications and reservation systemspreferred.
