Responsiblity:Assigninghousekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that theprescribed standards of cleanliness aremet.Scheduling staff shifts and organizingreplacements as required.Investigating andaddressing complaints regarding poor housekeepingservice.Providing training to the housekeepingstaff.Regularly taking inventory of cleaningsupplies and ordering stock as needed.Issuingcleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff asneeded.Screening housekeeping applicants andrecommending promotions, transfers, anddismissals.Performing various cleaning dutiesin instances of staffshortages.
