Marketing Analyst (CSR Branding and Marketing)

As part of the corporate branding team, the candidate will help shape and amplify Infosys' CSR narrative. This role will entail bringing exceptional pan-format, storytelling skills to the challenge, as well as a deep understanding of the purposeful work that Infosys executes. The role will bring to life Infosys' commitments as well as the vibrant work underway today involving the company's philanthropy.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive branding and marketing strategy for Infosys' CSR initiatives.Craft compelling messaging and narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.Manage and create high-quality content (website copy, social media posts).Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, annual reports, videos.Identify and leverage relevant marketing channels to raise awareness.Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Foundation and Infosys to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.Track and analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven strategiesStay updated on current trends in CSR communication and storytelling.To qualify, candidates must possess:Minimum 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in running branding and marketing initiatives Master's degree in Marketing / Advertising / CommunicationsOutstanding writing, messaging, and editing skillsAgency experience preferred but not mandatoryExperience working with in-house designers and external agenciesAbility to collaborate hands-on with multiple stakeholders across global markets PRB
