Job Title: Lead - Interior Designer - Workplace DesignLocation: Mumbai, IndiaAbout the role: The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating functional, innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior designs in the workplace environment. This individual will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion and will work closely with all teams to bring projects to life.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and requirementsCreate conceptual design presentations and detailed design drawingsDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules and deadlinesOversee and manage project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Participate in project meetings and presentations to clients and stakeholdersEnsure design plans comply with local building codes and regulationsMentor junior designers and provide guidance and support on design projectsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design**A minimum of 4 years of experience in workplace interior design and architectureStrong design management skills, with experience leading projects from conception to completionProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design softwareExcellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Join us in shaping the future of workspace design!
