Senior Designer - HVAC, Corporate interior

We are seeking a new Senior Designer HVAC (Bangalore), you will be working closely with Interior design team and MEP Design team on design deliverables, Coordinating with PM team on design implementation as per the design intent.In BreifYou will be responsible to manage and guide a team of professional Design EngineersYou will develop design concept from project specifications, with all technical supporting document from initial stage to construction stage.Allocate, prioritise a team of Design EngineersYou will Check and evaluate design and material specifications for tenderYou will Verify the material data sheets and material take off reportsYou will Prepare project estimation and validating the Project costYou will Assist and guide drafting and design team to achieve the project time linesYou will Document, record and report on meetings, progress of jobs and construction completions from design & validation reports from Project EngineersYou will Incorporate learning from projects and customers feedback for design excellenceYou will Guide and training the team on technology up-gradation.
