About the Role: Internship Duration: 6 months - Depending on performance, we are open to internship extension or conversion to full-time We are looking for a passionate business development individual who will be responsible for driving sales and nurturing potential leads to generate business opportunities. The incumbent will work closely with the internal teams to identify target markets, engage with prospects through multiple channels, and qualify leads to build a strong pipeline for the sales team. Responsibilities:  Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media  Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively communicate our product's value proposition  Collaborate with team members to negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections  Track all engagement activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information  Stay informed of industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge What are we looking for?  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field  Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects  Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite  Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow  Customer Obsessed: Driven to ensure we meet every customer commitment  Ownership: Focused on long-term thinking and taking responsibility to deliver on behalf of our customers, never saying 'It's not my job'  Bias for Action: Ability to move fast with both internal and external stakeholdersWhy work with us?  Build, Operate, Scale, Repeat: This is literally (and always) Day 1 for us and we need people who want end to end ownership to build something meaningful that solves real customer problem.
