Enterprise Architect {Java or .Net]}

RESPONSIBILITIES:Design and architect scalable, secure, reliable, resilient, observable, centralized and distributed solutions.Develop standards, reference architectures, principles, guardrails, etc. for enterprise-wide architectures.Capability mapping and application rationalization.Developing future state (enterprise and project level) roadmaps.Collaborate with other architects and technical leads to design unified multi-brand solutions.Design solutions that are scalable and flexible to support different brand requirements.Influence the successful implementation of these designs and architectures by managing expectations and risks and balancing tactical and strategic approach.Work with the business to understand and solve complex problems, by presenting various solution options and technical concepts in a comprehensible manner.Collaborate with the delivery teams to provide direction and design in an Agile environment.Create reliable solution plans that include cost estimates and optimized delivery approaches by working with the SaaS partners, implementation vendors, business, and technology teams, enforcing governance and compliance activities for the solution.Identify new disruptive technologies and evaluate them (PoCs or pilots) to provide current and/or future business value.Create and participate in the establishment of solid enterprise platforms that brings together SaaS, on-prem, cloud solutions into a smoothly running integrated ecosystem.Participate in the maturation of the Architecture practice through promoting best practices, processes, and the use of standard artifacts and checklists.EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:4 Year / Bachelors Degree, Computer Science or EngineeringEXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONMinimum 10 years, preferably 15+ years of experience of Information Technology/Systems experience.5+ years of enterprise architecture experience working on complex enterprise ecosystems involving integrating SaaS, on-prem and cloud applications.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:Strong demonstrable experience leading architecture development for enterprise scale systems.Demonstrable experience with implementing solution ecosystem involving multiple SaaS, on-prem/cloud application ecosystem.Expertise with various integration technologies such as APIs, message bus, event bus, managed file transfer. Integrations using Mulesoft middleware is a plus.Experience with creating solutions involving Oracle ERP Cloud, Workday, Salesforce Cloud, MS Dynamics, O365, Sharepoint and Adobe Experience Cloud.Experience with IAM/SSO technologies such as Okta, SecZetta, SailPoint. Oracle Identity Manager experience is a plus.Experience converting business requirements to designs and user stories.Experience working in an Agile environment across multiple scrum teams.Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.Knowledge and experience in REST API, Micro-services, SwaggerHub, Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.Experience working with both RDBMS and NoSQL databases.Deep understanding of Application, Infrastructure and security architecture and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Availability, all the so-called capabilities of a system.DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:Finalize the project use cases and requirements with the business and development teamProvide project cost estimates to the businessProvide sign-off on project and/or application architecture and deploymentPLUSES:Restaurant, retail and/or hospitality industry experienceImplementation experience with EA Tools (Such as Orbus)Architecture Framework Certifications (such as TOGAF)ITIL CertifiedAdvanced technical degree ATS
