Measure results, then iterate based on learnings.Job Responsibilities:Understand content creation nuances and build AI-based smart product flows to craft a revolutionary user experience for the use caseCome up with changes in Product based on customer feedbackDesign tweaks to increase activation and adoption funnelAnalyze similar product offerings and identify differentiation opportunities that can be worked uponDevise smart automations in the content lifecycle using GenAI technologiesAbsorb all the complexities and the processes, and make simple, elegant and polished solution that simplify user experienceCreate and maintain detailed product specifications and documentation that clearly articulate the product roadmapPractice build vs buy and identify opportunities to collaborate with third parties for adding effective and scalable product features and functionalitiesThe ideal candidate must - Have 3 years of minimum working experience in SaaS product teams that have scaled from scratchHave demonstrated success in defining and launching productsSolid technical background with understanding in software development and web technologiesKeen on understanding GPT and LLM modelsStrong sense of Product Design PrinciplesStrong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the jobBe able to lead cross discipline discussions without formal authority Very sound communication skills to listen and articulate opinions of all the stakeholders of the productCollaborate with Persuasiveness rather than authorityHave strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously PRB
