Design Manager

Responsibilities:Lead and manage the design team, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.Oversee the design process from concept development to final execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering, to translate business requirements into innovative design solutions.Provide creative direction and feedback to designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, and incorporate them into design strategies and projects.Manage client relationships and communicate design concepts and deliverables effectively to stakeholders.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide mentorship and coaching to team members to support their professional growth and development.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
