This role is ideal for strategic thinkers with robust negotiation skills and a passion for creating impactful, mutually beneficial business relationships.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Engagement: Initiate and build relationships with high-profile brands to leverage our extensive user base for mutual benefit.Deal Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate partnership terms that offer compelling value propositions to both parties.Market Analysis: Continuously analyze industry trends and partner performance to optimize ongoing partnerships.Collaborative Projects: Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure successful partnership integration.Performance Metrics: Evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships through robust analysis and provide actionable insights.Qualifications:Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field, with a preference for BBA or MBA students.Demonstrated interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a track record of securing advantageous agreements.Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.Prior experience in a role involving partnership management, business development, or sales, especially in high-stakes or corporate settings.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Learning Outcomes:Hands-on experience in high-level partnership management within a leading startup environment.Advanced skills in negotiation and strategic business planning.Deep understanding of market analytics and decision-making based on data.Enhanced ability to work collaboratively across functions to drive business goals.
