About the RoleMA Services Group is on the hunt for an innovative, glass-half-full person to apply their creative ideas and passion for design to our rapidly expanding company. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this full-time role will see you take our brand to the next level.  Key TasksMarketing AssistanceProvide graphic design assistance to all Internal stakeholders of MA Services GroupManage ad-hoc design duties as required Build relationships with stakeholders and partners internally and externallyEnsures that collateral produced adheres to the MASG brand guidelinesAssist the Head of Marketing, Social Media Manager and Senior Graphic Designer with marketing campaigns Design ManagementStudy design briefs and determine requirementsSchedule projects and define budget constraints Visualise and create graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. Shape the visual aspects of the MASG website, collateral development (booklets, conference material, brochures, posters, powerpoint presentations), campaign collateral, email design and re-brand of old collateral.Capture the attention of the target audience and communicate the right message. Develop drafts and amend designs after feedbackBe the subject matter expert of the best way to visually communicate our messages and provide suggestions on best design best practiceAdhere to the brand guidelines, ensuring everything that is produced is on brand and be the subject matter expert in relation to the visual interpretation of our brand About you!Ideally you will have:5 + years of Graphic Design experienceTertiary qualifications in DesignStrong project management skillsExpert experience with Adobe Creative Suite Expert experience with Microsoft PowerPointA strong work ethic, a desire to succeed.The ability to manage and prioritise multiple conflicting tasksCreative and innovative, whilst enforcing brand principles and consistency PRB
