Lead Dotnet Developer

Job Description: Dot Net LeadRole Overview:We are seeking a skilled Senior .NET Developer with strong leadership capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in stakeholder management, release management, and software development life cycle methodologies. You will lead a team of developers, interfacing with clients, and ensuring project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple stakeholders, effectively plan projects, and mitigate risks.- Oversee release management, defect tracking, and bug fixing processes.- Create and maintain SRS, HLD, LLD, and Design Charter documents.- Utilize both Waterfall and Agile methodologies in project execution.- Lead the team in designing, modeling, and developing databases using SQL Server.- Develop rich internet applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and Telerik toolkit.- Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and project milestones.- Collaborate with clients, development, architecture, and QA teams to execute project requirements.- Implement project management techniques and methodologies, coordinating resources effectively.- Ensure adherence to architecture design and development best practices and change management processes.- Review and manage team performance, providing feedback and direction as needed.- Communicate effectively with team members, peers, managers, clients, and company leadership.Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.- Minimum of ten years of IT development experience, with three to five years of leadership experience preferred. Master's degree in IT preferred.- Strong experience in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and MVC development.- Advanced proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle, with over 5 years of experience.- Desired certifications in PMP, Prince2, or ITIL.Basic Requirements:- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Shift flexibility.- Any graduate can apply.- Proficiency in .NET/MVC, SQL, HTML, XML, C#, and related technologies.Prerequisites:- In-depth knowledge of database designing, application development, .NET MVC, OOPs, C#, and SQL Server.- Strong technical exposure and practical knowledge of the entire software development life cycle.
