We are now building a team of exceptional consultants to establish and lead our business in India and grow out a key client account.Role Description and KRAs: You will be a founding member of the Gate One India Client Delivery Team, reporting into the Gate One Client Director, Bangalore. The team will have additional support and oversight from a Gate One Partner and Client Director based in the UK. You will also be offered personal support from peer colleagues in the UK. You will play a lead role in helping to shape demand from one initial key client and work with the Client Director to convert opportunities into new consulting engagements. You will act as a key point of contact for your client as well as a Change and Project Management Delivery Team Lead.Delivering client engagementswith autonomy as a Change and Project Manager to lead and deliver complex consulting projects, partnering closely with client sponsors and their staff to work as part of a blended delivery team.leading and coaching teams of consultants on complex Change Management transformation programmes, with oversight from a Client Director.leading Change Management workstreams, Change programmes and Programme/Portfolio management.to key client account growth and revenue generation through relationship driven sales activities.Building the business internallyto the Gate One strategy and business planning, to help build and achieve the growth ambitions of the business.with the local recruitment team with support from UK colleagues, to lead recruitment of consultants for the Client Account Team. Uphold the centralized recruitment function model locally, to ensure global consistency and quality in recruitment approach and process.with the UK based HR and L&D teams to onboard, support and develop your colleagues.Contribute to the Gate One culture by leading, participating in & helping organize team events. e.g. team meetings, attending Gateaways, plugging into UK initiatives when feasibleContribution to internal Communities/areas of interest. e.g. Gate One Coaching program, core consulting training, health & well-being, DEI, local Havas teams etcA resonance and ability to demonstrate the Gate One values when working on internal projects.Ideal Experience:8-10 years+ management consulting experience, gained predominantly within recognized consulting businesses (e.g. big 4 or similar). Some additional complementary consulting experience gained within inhouse Change consulting roles in industry can be additive.Depth of consulting expertise with capability alignment to People Change and Change Management.
