As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness in the real estate industry. From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impacts, the ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. Your primary focus will be on understanding business requirements, gathering data, conducting analysis, and translating findings into actionable recommendations. This person should also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.Responsibilities· Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems related to real estate operations.· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and define project objectives.· Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive process improvements · Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.. Facilitate meetings, to elicit requirements.. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate proposed solutions and make recommendations to stakeholders.. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the real estate domains and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Requirements:. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A mastersdegree is a plus..
