Looking for 2-6 yrs of experience for AML Transactional Quality role:Adherence of Quality SLA's and contractual agreementsEnsure adherence of Daily Quality checks as per process requirementProvide Feedback to the agents for the error identifiedManaging and cascading Customer updates Implementing corrective actions as requiredProactively managing performance and enhancing performance of team based on SLA'sResponsible for maintaining and achieving team SLA targetsIdentification of soft skills training needs and responsible for Process Training of employeesManaging and escalating System Downtime/Issues. Prepare TNA basis auditsAdhere to Calibration Process and Variance Target. Regular interaction with clients and maintain good relationshipsParticipate in WNS BPET initiatives. Deploy and standard Quality Framework PRB
