We are looking for young, dynamic staff to grow with us in an exciting time for Mumbai real estate. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Civil Engineer located in Mumbai. The role initially is for Project Management scope which will include planning and scheduling. The Engineer will be responsible for estimating, scheduling, coordinating design, planning, and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on-time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Monitoring and reporting MIS are a key aspect of this role more than day to day site management. Tender management and comparatives shall also be expected. Additionally, the Engineer will be required to collaborate with consultants and oversee work of site which we are project managing. Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldExperience in construction management, project planning, and site supervisionExcellent knowledge of AutoCAD, STAAD, and other software for design analysisknowledge of structure design and structural analysisStrong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standardsAbility to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teamsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsExperience in project management and monitoring profile is a plus.
