The Business Systems Manager - Accounting & HR, reporting to then SVP, Global Business Technology and will control the financial systems and HRIS utilized by the Corporate Finance and Corporate HR teams at Chargebee, This position will play a hands-on role in the administration of Adaptive Insights and possibly the design and implementation of the new software package. The Systems Manager will have the freedom to recognize potential system and process improvements and build out the company's data and reporting capabilities to be consistent with the vision of the individual in this role.What You Will Be DoingAdministration of Netsuite, Expensify, Success Factors and other Financial and HR systemsManage Releases and small to midsize projects pertaining to upgrading, integrating nad/or implementing Financial and HR information systemsMaintaining data integrity with regular updates to inputs including revenue, expenses, personnel, vendors, fixed assets, currency exchange rates and moreCollaborating with the FP&A team as well as other departments including Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, HR, IT, and othersAdvancing reporting capabilities; building and delivering financial and key metrics reports to management and the board of directors Ensure all delivery follows best practice methodology, including thorough testing and quality documentation Support high priority deadlines such as monthly book close, billing and payment activities, and quickly respond and resolve issues per agreed upon SLAs Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the organization through negotiation and consensus-building Maintain Administrative documentation and create/conduct end-user training Manage business priorities for the team and ensure deliverables are completed on timeParticipate in and complete audit tasks as assigned Does not require day to day supervision and has the ability to handle ambiguous situations.Implement, modify, and upgrade software and applicationsProvide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employeesMaintain the integrity of data held within the HRIS Process employee data, such as employee leave, wages, and working hours Assist with people data analytics and reporting capabilities, ensuring systems are optimized to reduce manual reportingIdentify and troubleshoot system issues and work with others (IT, HR partners, vendors) as needed to bring to resolutionWork cross-functionally to understand business needs and provide actionable insights for ongoing business needsWork closely with payroll, compensation, and benefits team members to ensure accuracy of benefits deductions, status changes, compensation, and time/attendance related issuesDevelop people end-user procedures, guidelines, and workflow documentationWork with leadership to ensure timely implementation and delivery of new functionality and enhancementsWork with stakeholders to create, update and oversee processes and workflows for HRIS systems and implement timely updates as changes occurIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation, application operational efficiency, and security across business systemsConduct and participate in the analysis of workflows and design of functionality and/or improvements to systems, ensuring both process and system requirements are fully identified, evaluated, tested, and implementedMust Haves:Skills and experience working with financial systems especially NetsuiteSkills and experience working with HR systems such as, Success Factors, Workday, Oracle FusionExperience with other systems such as Coupa, Oracle Fusion, Expensify, Travel/T&E systems, third party payroll providers and Bank IntegrationsFinancial background with understanding of accounting, financial reporting, income statements, and planningDegree(s) in finance, accounting, economics, information technology, or related fieldsRobust organizational skills and keen attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, well-developed leadership skills Experience handling sensitive, confidential organizational, department, and performance information PRB
