**Candidates with prior or current experience in Retail, Food, Fish, Fruit, Vegetable, Meat etc will be best suitable**LOCATION- KADAPA/CUDDAPAH (AP)QUALIFICATIONS - GRADUATE / MBAJOB SUMMARYPrimary accountability towards OPEX and Systems and Process and a shared accountability for Topline and EBITDA.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMotivate and inspire shop-floor teams to be process-oriented, customer-focused, innovative, fast and team-oriented in their work.Ensure that the objective of budgeted OPEX is achieved in the storeStandardisation of the operations process and sales & commercial process as per the companies' guidelines and policy.Ensure smooth running of the business and efficient implementation of companies' processes and practices.Optimum utilisation of man power and proper monitoring of the various functions under the role.Knowledge of specific product features, trends, marketing and perceptive understanding of specific customer needs. Should have knowledge of stock management and retail operations. Equipped with end to end retail practices within the company.Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.Self starter needing little supervision and highly self motivated to achieve results with minimum supervision with dedicated customer focus.
