Reliant Surveyors, a leading real estate valuation and advisory company in Gurgaon, India, is seeking a skilled Technical Managers-Mortgage (Retail) Valuation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting valuation assessments of real estate assets owned by our corporate clients.ROLES RESPONSIBILITIESInspection of Property Valuation (Commercial/ Residential / Industrial Etc.), checking Built up area (temporary/ permanent separately), Plot area etc.Finalize valuation retail (mortgage) reports with TAT Time.Analyze approved plans/Bye Laws and verify whether construction is as per approved plan/bye laws.Person will be responsible for the quality of valuation reports estimated market values.Resolve queries of the clients regarding valuation reports.Adhere to banks- Risk/credit/technical team s guidelines.Utilize strategically methodologies for project appraisal.Key SkillsCandidate should have relevant knowledge of Property ValuationTechnical functional expertiseStrong analytical skills rich experience conceptualizing financial strategyRelevant Experience3-5 years+ (In Valuation Stream Only)The Candidates from Banks, NBFCs or any Valuation firms are warmly welcomed to Reliant Surveyors Family...QualificationB.tech- Civil/B.E.- Civil (In Valuation Stream Only) or M.tech- Civil/M.E.- Civil (In Valuation Stream Only) PRB
